	RZ-50 can be used directly on saw blades and bits of all types to reduce friction and heat, thereby prolonging the life of the blades, bits and the saws, drills, routers and various other shop tools you use. RZ-50 isn’t just for expensive shop tools though – you can use it on all your hand tools to help you make smoother and faster cuts with less effort on your part.
RZ-50 helps keep wood from binding while sawing or drilling, which can cause heat buildup. It is important to use RZ-50 on all types of cutting blades and drilling or router bits, as heat buildup is often the main reason that tools become dull. A heated cutting edge will lose its temper faster and becomes dull quicker. A dull saw blade ends up being less effective at cutting and makes slower and rougher cuts. A heated drill bit becomes dull and brittle, often breaking off in the material you are drilling because of the extra pressure needed to get the drill bit to bite into the wood.
